Two shipping options are available at checkout:

Tracked & Insured Shipping (Colissimo / UPS)

Your order is shipped with full tracking and shipping insurance.

If your package is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.

Tracked Shipping (Standard Postal Service)

Your order is shipped with basic tracking through the French postal service.

This option does not include shipping insurance, meaning there will be no refund if the package is lost in transit.

Important Notice

International shipping can sometimes experience delays, and in rare cases packages may be lost during transit.

For full protection and peace of mind, the Tracked & Insured shipping option is strongly recommended.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the original price.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
